I came to your store for the very first time on 6/24/12. I came to purchase a new dinning room set, and the salesman Ron was able to help me find the perfect set. This was a great experience for me, and I keep telling all my friends they have to go to Reed's Furniture if they need anything. Salesman Ron was very helpfull, and delivered everything he promised. Reeds Furniture came through for us again! Last week we were on the hunt for a sectional and we needed it before our Oscar party. We shopped around town and couldn't find anything that was in stock yet alone available for next day delivery. The parking lot at Reeds was packed and i was a little scard we would be able to get help. We were greeted by a fantastic salesperson named Sherry and she took the time to find us the perfect sectional that was in stock and we had it delivered the very next day. I purchased a dining room table (Universal Bolero) from this store and must say, everything went very smoothly. The table was a floor model and I was able to pick it up at a very competitive price......, actually, the best price I could find on the internet, and I didn't have to wait for an "out of stock" item, which all other sellers were telling me. I drove some 150 miles (San Diego to Agoura Hills, CA) and the Reeds staff was ready and waiting with the table. They were courteous and very helpful in that they carefully wrapped the item with shrinkwrap over blankets and their warehouse staff loaded it for me. Five stars out of five......, good job, Reeds!
